MusixBarn Social is a music-focused community platform. Pornography, sexually explicit content, nudity, or sexually suggestive material of any kind is strictly and absolutely prohibited. This includes but is not limited to:

• Nude or partially nude photographs, videos, illustrations, or artwork
• Sexually explicit or suggestive written content, stories, or descriptions
• Links to pornographic or sexually explicit external websites
• Sexually explicit song lyrics posted as standalone content
• Profile images, cover photos, or avatars containing nudity or sexual content
• Any content intended to solicit sexual contact or sexual services

2. Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) & Minor Exploitation

Any content that sexually exploits, depicts, or endangers minors is illegal under federal and state law and is absolutely prohibited on this platform. This includes:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form — images, video, audio, or text
• Grooming behavior, solicitation of minors, or predatory communications
• Content that sexualizes individuals under 18 years of age in any manner
• Sharing, distributing, or linking to any such material

3. Hate Speech, Discrimination & Harassment

MusixBarn Social is committed to maintaining an inclusive, respectful community. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Content that promotes, glorifies, or incites hatred based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic
• Slurs, derogatory language, or dehumanizing content targeting individuals or groups
• Harassment, bullying, threats, or intimidation of any member
• Doxxing — publishing private personal information of another person without consent
• Coordinated harassment campaigns targeting specific individuals
• Content promoting or glorifying extremist ideologies, terrorist organizations, or mass violence

4. Violence, Graphic Content & Dangerous Activity

• Graphic violence, gore, or disturbing imagery
• Content that glorifies, promotes, or instructs on self-harm or suicide
• Instructions or encouragement for illegal or dangerous activities
• Threats of physical harm toward any individual or group
• Content promoting or glorifying acts of terrorism or mass violence

5. Intellectual Property & Copyright Violations

You may only upload content that you own or have the legal right to distribute. The following are prohibited:

• Uploading music, videos, or images you do not own or have licensed
• Impersonating other artists or uploading their music as your own
• Distributing copyrighted material without authorization
• Removing or altering copyright notices or metadata from files

6. Spam, Fraud & Deceptive Practices

• Spam posting, mass unsolicited messaging, or automated bot activity
• Phishing, scam links, or fraudulent offers
• Creating fake accounts or impersonating real individuals
• Selling or purchasing followers, plays, or engagement
• Manipulating platform metrics through artificial means

7. Drug & Illegal Activity Promotion

• Selling, distributing, or promoting illegal drugs or controlled substances
• Promoting or facilitating any illegal activity
• Content promoting illegal weapons, explosives, or dangerous materials

8. Enforcement & Reporting

MusixBarn Social reserves the right to:

• Remove any content that violates this policy at any time without notice
• Suspend or permanently terminate any account found in violation
• Ban IP addresses associated with serious violations
• Preserve and provide user data, communications, and content to law enforcement when legally required or when we determine in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect the safety of any person
• Cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations involving our platform
• Proactively report illegal content to appropriate authorities without notifying the offending user

This policy and your use of MusixBarn Social are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States of America. You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to this policy shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Texas. MusixBarn Social complies with all applicable federal and state laws including but not limited to:

• The Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA)
• The Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA)
• 18 U.S.C. § 2256 et seq. (Federal laws on child exploitation)
• The Communications Decency Act Section 230
• The PROTECT Our Children Act
• All applicable Texas state laws
